Project Manager:

The project manager is responsible for the execution and implementation of construction projects from pre-construction through to post-construction. The project manager must study, analyze, evaluate and give advice to the managing partners about the feasibility of projects. The manager is in charge of estimating and analyzing  financial issues, preparing work schedules, following the development of each project and ensuring that it is within the time constraints and budget limit. Projects will be realized through work with the designers, consultants, the legal team, and the purchasing department. Finally, the project manager must review and evaluate the final phase of construction, ensuring the construction quality, technical requirements and progress of the work.

Requirements include: a degree in civil engineering / architecture; 5 years experience in the same position (priority for experience in hotels, resort, recreational centers and residential developments); an understanding and actual experience in M&E; a fluency in English and Vietnamese; analytical & logical thinking; organization and management skills; result and detail oriented; and a willingness to frequently travel on business.

Investment Analyst:

The responsibilities of the investment analyst position include gathering relevant information and building financial models, deal appraisal and presentation, assisting in real estate deal sourcing, due diligence and analysis. This is accomplished through preparing, analyzing and updating information on the macro, micro, sector and project specific research in Vietnam as well as competitor analysis, real estate related legal and regulatory guidelines. Using the gathered information, the analyst team will prepare reports for both internal use and investor updates that encompass all the relevant information for each potential deal.

Project completion will come through coordinating with senior team members and other relevant employees to conduct research and financial projections in a collaborative and efficient manner. Other tasks include supporting investee companies in relevant post-investment value creation works and assisting in other tasks when required, such as putting together feasibility studies for credit applications.

Requirements include: a Bachelors Degree (or higher) in economics, accounting or relevant field; minimum 2 years experience in relevant sectors (preferred: financial services, real estate, private equity investments); fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese; detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills, independence, patience and flexibility; ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines; prior experience in real estate projects is preferred.

IT support (IT Dept): minimum 3 years experience, Vietnamese and English fluency preferred, relevant experience in supporting the hardware and desktop requirements of office/hotels.
